I am a HR professional with over 15 years’ experience in the Banking Sector having joined Co-operative Bank in the year 2000.  I have had an illustrious career as a HR professional having grown from a HR Officer level into my current role where-in I deputize for the Director of HR and Administration. I am an all rounded HR professional having covered all disciplines of HR.
I am also a Certified Engagement and Productivity Coach by the International Coach Federation and a Leadership Catalyst with a huge passion for coaching and ensuring that the humans I interact with become the best versions of themselves. I serve in the Kenya Institute of Bankers Governing Council, the HR committee of Kenya Bankers Association as well as the Joint Negotiations Council at KBA. I am an avid reader and love to teach children as well as a fitness enthusiast. In my free time, I go for hikes, walks and runs.
